How do the mandatory charges work?
This property uses mandatory per-stay charges rather than a standard nightly resort fee. The current Fee Surfing dataset lists a cleaning fee of US$229–339 depending on condo type, plus a mandatory US$59 non-refundable damage-protection charge.

Is parking necessary?
