The Waikiki hotels currently listed here with free or complimentary guest parking are Ilima Hotel, Aston Waikiki Sunset, ESPACIO The Jewel of Waikiki, and Waikiki Beach Condominiums.
Aston Waikiki Beach Tower is listed separately because parking is included in its mandatory fee rather than being offered as a separate free-parking benefit.
On this page, “free parking” means the current hotel disclosure does not list a separate charge for the guest parking described. Limited availability, vehicle limits, or other restrictions can still apply.
Parking included in a mandatory hotel fee is shown separately because you are still paying the hotel fee even though there is no additional parking charge.
FREE self-parking — limited, first-come/first-served; not guaranteed; 1 vehicle/room; 6'2" clearance
Free guest parking
Complimentary valet parking
FREE self-parking
This is useful for comparison, but it is not the same as a hotel simply offering free parking.
This is not separate free parking: the current disclosure says valet for one guest vehicle is included in the mandatory amenity fee.
Parking can significantly change the total cost of a Waikiki hotel stay. Many hotels charge a daily self-parking or valet fee, so a hotel with free parking may offer better overall value even if its room rate is slightly higher.
Fee Surfing compares parking costs alongside mandatory hotel fees so travelers can look at the total stay cost, not just the advertised room rate. Parking policies can change, so verify the latest terms with the hotel or booking provider before confirming your stay.
Free parking can save a meaningful amount on a Waikiki stay, but it does not automatically make the hotel cheaper overall. Compare the mandatory hotel fee, parking terms and room rate together before booking.
